There will be a $ 5.00 charge on these prices for extra bathrooms and games rooms.
Larger homes (7 bedrooms or more) are priced on an individual basis.
Attention to detail is our policy.
Your villa will be given a thorough clean on the day that your guests check out and complimentary toilet tissue and soaps will be left in all bathrooms.
Trash cans will be put out for collection and placed in the garage after collection.
The pool deck will be cleared of any trash and tables wiped down.
We will keep you advised on any breakages immediately via email after each guest has checked out and also report on the condition of bedding ect, periodically.
Cleaning services are performed by us personally not outside contractors.
Periodically your vacation home will need extra cleaning. First impressions are important and can make a big difference in repeat guests. You want to keep your home looking fresh and clean. We recommend periodic deep cleans be done once or twice a year, depending on the amount of traffic your home has.
Departure cleans can’t cover everything that a deep clean does. It isn’t possible to be as thorough for departure cleans as with a deep clean, primarily because of turn around time limitations. If your home has a back to back booking (one guest checks out in the morning and another guest checks in that afternoon) the amount of time between guests limits the extent of the clean because your home will need to be ready for your next guest.
Deep cleans normally take 3 to 3 & 1/2 times the normal amount of time allotted for a departure clean. The price for deep cleaning is accordingly priced.
